STATEMENT

I make Bits, which are unique objects of art with magnets attached. Grouped together they create something with a life force. It’s an infinitely flexible system for manipulating artistic information, and is meant to be deconstructed and reconstructed. It’s the whole point. Life is not static, so art should move. I am highly mindful of the surface of each Bit because my work is meant to be touched. You could say I have a fetish for finish. The possibilities are endless.
